What team that lost the second round will go the deepest next playoffs?

They beat the champs minus Kadri, Nichushkin, and Landeskog. Hardly the same team

seattle is just good. their goaltending has always been their achilles heel but had been great in that round.

Devils are poised to lose a lot of depth, losing Severson, Graves, Tatar, Haula, Wood and probably Blackwood could set them back. Without knowing who replaces these guys, I have to say Edmonton.

tossup between Oilers and Devils, both teams can play better than they did in r2 this playoffs.
