What sort of return would be required to trade every player on the Leafs?

Simple question, what would it take? Consider all factors you want.

Ex. Matt Hunwick is playing some very good hockey for his contract value. He would probably net a solid return considering he is barely making anything and has an extra year of term as well. Now is he worth more to the Leafs with his 2nd year option or is a pick worth more?

Here is a list of everyone who has played a game for the Leafs.

Rielly:
Bozak:
van Riemsdyk:
Phaneuf:
Lupul:
Komarov:
Parenteau:
Kadri:
Holland:
Winnik:
Boyes:
Mathias:
Gardiner:
Froese:
Polak:
Grabner:
Spaling:
Hunwick:
Harrington:
Marincin:
Arcobello:
Clune:
Reimer:

What do you consider a top end prospect?
Who in the Leafs system do you consider a top end prospect?

Rielly - He is a keeper
Bozak - Atleast a 2nd round
van Riemsdyk - 1st rounder plus a prospect
Phaneuf - Not sure if he has any trade value (without some salary retention)
Lupul - We are stuck for at least another season or two
Komarov - We should keep him
Parenteau - would be happy with a 2nd rounder, if not a 3rd round pick
Kadri - We should try to sign him for another year
Holland - let him play for another season to find out how good he is
Winnik - Signed for another season, should keep him
Boyes -Not sure what's his trade value a 4th or 5th rounder
Mathias - same as Boyes
Gardiner - we should keep him
Froese - is there a trade value for him (6th / 7th rounder), if not then let him walk after this season
Polak: - Would be happy with a 3rd rounder
Grabner: Same as Boyes / Mathias
Spaling: same as Forese
Hunwick: a 2nd rounder
Harrington- still young, should keep him
Marincin: that's a tough one, I don't think if we are going to get much (still young)
Arcobello: Same as Forese / Spalling
Clune: Not sure
Reimer: If he continue the way he is playing, trade him for a 2nd rounder or keep him for now
Bernier: The way he is playing, we are stuck with him

What do you mean by saying first? There's a lot of difference between the top 10 and the bottom 10. It would be better to say that Phaneuf will yield a playoff team's first rounder as opposed to just first. That leaves the next question: how many playoff teams are there that will take on the cap and term Phaneuf has? Cap dumps can alleviate that issue but then again, how many playoff teams have cap dumps that the Leafs are willing to take on?

My intentions were more or less just from a base value that the player would have no really taking into account certain teams.

Realistically a late 1st or early 2nd + depending on the team but I cant see any bottom feeders picking up Phaneuf.

Sure a cap dump is probably required but that wasnt really my intentions. At this point I wouldnt trade Phaneuf for less than a 1st.
