those shared salaries, for ex. Jagr's salary is split don't know 50:50. Is this going to count on the Wsh Cap or not? Would be Wsh allowed to buy out the reminder?

They have to keep paying it and i would assume it counts against their cap.... it certainly should.

Have no idea if they can buy out their portion of his contract, would guess so.
