If last year's deals are not going to be honored, which apparently they won't, what happens to the guys who are RFA's still that went through the arbitration process, and what about the guys who now have the right? How will all these things get done in time for camp?

The guys that won arbitration awards will have to be qualified based on those arbitration award as per the new CBA. Qualifying offers will still need to be made to the eligible player based on their salary had they played last year. Once those are done, players or now teams can elect to go to arbitration.
