What happens if Latvia wins and USA loses 2/21?

That would move them into a tie with the USA for 4th, and only the top 4 teams make it in that pool. What's the next tie-breaking category?

USA plays Russia, and if they lose, potentially, they don't make the quaterfinals.

Since we tied head to head, it goes to goal differential. Right now the US is up by about 17, so it's not going to be a problem.

No goal differential is the first tie breaker.

The first tie-breaker is the game between USA-Latvia in that case, after that the next tie-breaker would be goal differential. In otherwords, USA is already in unless a complete miracle happens and Latvia scores over 20 goals and lets in 0.

How is the goal differential so high?
