Derek Ryan sucks
I'm getting pretty close to deleting my Canes app on my phone.
This team just has no gumption at all. I think Bill peters should try some sand in the players pants make them itchy and maybe light a fire under their tails.
I have four tickets to the game against the Jets on Sunday. I was planning to invite some friends, but as I want them to stay friends, I may just let the seats sit empty instead.
Find some drug addicts, maybe they can see the light and get help.
No, I'm sure I'd be using by the end of the game. I should probably join a Canes 12-step program.
"Hi, I'm MinJaBen, and I am a Canes fan."
Lousy team is lousy.
This team is depressing.
Ok, new plan. Let’s fire them into the sun.
Unless one of our goalies was blocking the sun, then they'd go in.
"5 hole sun"
I think we're at the point that whatever Peters and Francis think is a good decision....they should just do the opposite.
Let's get some examples...
NHLPA Player Poll 2017-18
Canes win 5th place in the NHLPA's "Worst Ice" poll
Yay we were relevant enough to show up on a vote!!
Has anyone mentioned we suck yet?
Billy sure has piped down some since his "outburst" moment a few weeks, or month or whenever it was. His post game comments are pretty routine, and scripted sounding at least in the article.
Neutered, like the rest of 'em.
I wonder what kind of investment that Dundon can put into improving that?
I'm starting to think that it is not 'we suck', but 'they suck'.
I'm guessing that would be the sort of thing that goes into Centennial Authority negotiations when they talk about revamping the arena as a whole.
This team sucks so bad that I came out of exile to say it.
Before our old ice guy died countless players would compliment the quality of the Canes ice, it definitely seems to have taken a dip in quality since that guys passing. I believe is was Crosby who was very outspoken about how impressed he was with the ice here in Carolina back in the day.
Given the disaster we had with the postponed game against Detroit last season, I have to wonder if at least some of this is due to an aging ice plant. I don't know a whole lot about the system at PNC, but I assume it's 20 years old at this point. Most mechanical systems are noticeably worse off after 20 years.
I gringe so hard I grunge.
You could say that again and still be far short of the mark (But don't repeats are boring) /depressed
