I'm trying to find a new show to watch because I've watched every episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia about 5+ times in the past year and have done a similar thing for Rick and Morty. Need a 30 minute comedy that is actually funny.

Start watching The Alienist on TNT. If you have Amazon Prime watch The Grand Tour, and Bosch which is based on the Michael Connelly novels.

It's been a really bad few weeks for our team. Let's talk about something we can all enjoy.

What's your favorite movie? Mine's Wayne's World. You can judge me all you want, it's the greatest movie of all time.

I have several B/C movies which I quote consistently, but I suspect nobody will appreciate them. When Pulp, Casino, Godfather (I or 2), Apollo 13, or GoodFellas is on, the next 2 hrs are a complete waste.

Anybody binging anything really good lately?

Nothing recently, but I've watched House of Cards and Orange is the New Black for a couple of seasons.

What's everyone doing for the Super Bowl?

Headed to NYC on Saturday for the ole Bob Marley Birthday Bash -- should be a great time, mon! Having some friends over for the game-- eating and drinking all types of filthy things only to feel like complete garbage all of Monday. Tradition, right?

If you have Hulu you should watch Brooklyn Nine Nine. Extremely underrated and really, really, REALLY funny. There are no bad characters.

I'm a big Sunny fan too.

If you haven't watched "The Defiant Ones" on HBO you're missing out.

The best piece of television I saw in 2017.

My favorite movie of all time is probably the documentary "Senna" about F1 racer Ayrton Senna. It's a documentary totally comprised of archival footage, so you're watching this incredible story and it's being told solely via actual footage of events as they happened.

Otherwise, Godfather 1 and 2, and I saw Apocalypse Now on its opening weekend at the Ritz on a gigantic screen, so that has always been a fav of mine as a result. I guess I like Francis Ford Coppola. Also Vertigo (Hitchcock was great). Loved Unforgiven (and most Clint westerns). I also always liked those older epic war movies like Bridge on the River Kwai, The Great Escape, etc.. Comedy: Holy Grail or The Producers. And a random obscure movie I always liked: Local Hero. Probably forgetting lots.

Super Bowl just at home with the fam. We're Eagles fans who have watched the Super Bowl for years with friends who are Patriots fans. This year we are getting together with them Saturday night instead.

My whole life is movie quotes. If Goodfellas is ever on television my wife and I will both stop whatever we're doing and watch it.

I'm a big Sunny fan too.

I typically don't like the big network comedies, but maybe I'll watch. Really disliked Parks and Rec, The Office, 30 Rock, etc.

Check out Brockmire on IFC.

Never heard of it, will definitely look into it.

I've seen a few episodes, it's interesting stuff.

Looking forward to going to the movies soon to see that new Christian Bale movie Hostiles. I'm a sucker for westerns.

When I went to Quinnipiac, I went to a restaurant called "Goodfellas" in New Haven a few times. Really good Italian food and they have the movie playing on loop.

Yeesh, this may not be for you then. Those are some of my favorites. Brooklyn Nine-Nine is written by the same people, but it has a different pace than the shows you mentioned.

I'd never leave. Thanks for the heads up!

I'll still have to give it an episode or two. A few of my friends like it.

Jaws is my favorite movie of all time. You could watch the movie on mute and I got ya covered on the dialogue but you'd miss out on one of the best scores in movie history.

Watched Ozark on Neftlix recently even though it had been out for a little while now. Really enjoyed it and am a big fan of Jason Bateman. Very Breaking Bad-esque.

Living in Long Beach, hoping to take a dip in the ocean pre-Super Bowl for the Long Beach Polar Bears annual Super Bowl splash for NY Make-a-Wish foundation. Go Eagles!

Gotta make one and take off Super Bowl Monday as a little liquid courage will help ease the sting of the plunge.

In regards to your 30 min comedies, are you a Bill Burr fan at all? He has an animated Netflix show called "F is for Family" which is decent and only has 2 seasons so far.

I really enjoyed that show, I find Bill Burr to be quite entertaining. Just tried Big Mouths, which is alright, but it hasn't really hooked me.

hm. looking for something like this - will check it out.

It's always sunny in Philadelphia is prob the best comedy I've ever seen. And tI love the classics Goodfellas, Godfathers, Casino, Departed, The Wire, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, I also really liked Bosch and The Americans. Started Person of Interest but it's so repetitive and far-fetched, even for that type of show.

I don't really have a truly "favorite" movie, best TV show of all time is The Wire though! Currently binge watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine with my fiancee (when she's not working crazy late) and Seinfeld on my own.

I saw the first episode probably a week after it came out. Thanks so much for the reminder. I like to watch documentaries, my man doesn't. We also have yet to watch Trainspotting 2.

We watched the Godfather trilogy this past week. He couldn't believed I had never seen any of them, but I was forbidden from watching Mafia movies growing up.

We used to watch Sunny. As funny as it was I felt like I was watching the same episode over and over.

I started watching Cuba Libre documentary on Netflix.

Shameless just ended. My Sunday nights are going to be empty. We started SMILF, but it's not filling the void for me. Do somethinng Gallagher already!

I heard Black Mirror is really good. I'll try that.

One of things I love about GoodFellas is how music is intertwined with the story. Music is all throughout -- but specifically towards the last 1/3 of the movie. That plus the narration gives such a great feel.

GoodFellas is one of the movies that feels like a TV show. So much happens, you don't remember the order almost like you don't remember what episode came first in a season.
