Next year teams will negotiate with both Seattle and the Knights to arrange deals. I don't think Seattle will get quite as many breaks since teams will have multiple options to protect players.

They also have more time and experience with the process to prepare. Not make stupid signings including being quick to give out questionable NMCs

They're probably going to invest more into in house scouting.
