the 2nd game of canada where they are playing without much motivation. it's enough to beat germany and norway, but they should try to put more effort on it otherwise it could be over soon.

i like what i see from norway. they play tough but intelligent. they should be able to beat germany.

2-2? hahaha...i should watch the game instead of writing here. ;)

Canada is playing terrible.

Again, not taking anything away from Norway, they are playing well, but wow this is brutal.

If I'm Andy Murray, I chew these guys out next intermission.

It's amazing, not only the powerplay of the Canadiens seems to be bad but also the whole game. According to the statistic tacker it's also an even game considering the shots on the goal!

...they play like guys who'd rather be in the NHL Playoffs.

then they should have been better the last weeks. ;)

but yes, they are absolutely unmotivated. look at their faces. something's wrong there.

grotnes is playing good.

but canada will win this games nevertheless. it's always the same. :(

pretty good considering the fact that Norway is without 2 of their 3 best forwards (Vikingstad, Skrøder) and their best D (Tollefsen). I know Canada is playing with their C squad but nontheless (=

Canada looks like a team that was thrown together for an international tournament.

-No tape to tape passes. Players have to slow down to catch a pass.
-Too much individual play.
-Forcing shots from the perimeter when their are better options.
-Poor communication in the defensive zone, especially on the PK.

On the positive side, players like Nash can just drive to the net and the small Norwegian players just bounce off him. However, IMO, that is not a good thing because it also encourages too much individual play.

lol, did you guys see that interview on TSN with the Staal boys?

Reporter - (to Eric) Do you remember your record against your brother this season?

Eric - I believe we were 3 and 1 against Pittsburgh.

Jordan - Yeah but I can't remember...which team made the playoffs?

Eric - That's not something I like to joke about.
