The good old rock like most people have been saying is good. I also like playing Disturbed's "The Sickness" album, it's awesome and makes me want to hurt people.

Strangley enough, I also like Danko Jones "Lovercall." go figure.

Haha I love that song! Didn't know anyone listened to that.
Funny story about this song. I'm coaching Bantam right now, and the other coach and I decided we needed pre-game music, not just any pre-game music mind you, but "angry white-man music." We end up making the most ridiculously Hardcore angry White-man music, think Pantera and Slipknot. Well, they ended up not liking that, but they absolutley loved the "angry-white man" track. . .Danko Jones Lovercall. Now we have to listen to it before games, or they get antsy.

Absolutely! They just lead into each other so well and have freakin' awesome guitar riffs.

Fat Lip by Sum 41, always pumps me up for some reason. Ever since I heard it on the NHL 2002 Soundtrack (I believe) i've been into it when playing hockey.

I have to say, that NHL 2002 soundtrack was absolutely incredible.

As for warm-up songs, I don't know--anything heavy and somewhat fast. I usually leave it up to my teammates.

Its all preference. I know someone's going to slap me for saying this, but Linkin Park has always done a good job for me just because their CDs are constantly going with loud hard music. Really anything like that works well. Disturbed works well for me, Breaking Benjamin, Dragonforce, some Metallica mixes, etc etc.

Edit: Also, my friends and I listen to Alice in Chains before our games. We think its good luck. Layne Staley looking down on us maybe?

N 2 Deep-Back to the Hotel
Wu-Tang Clan-Triumph

I'm a hip-hop head, but anything Pantera works for me as well.:yo:

damn you are a hip hop head if you like N2Deep! I thought I was the only person who knew that song.

Before games I like old Mudhoney, Black Flag, Pantera and Judas Priest - You've got another thing coming. If I listen to hip hop it's Styles of Beyond.

My high school team this year has used The Final Countdown by Europe but the one that got the crowd (andus) pumped up the most was Welcome to the Jungle by Guns and Roses
