Vokoun should have started in semis for Czechs!

It was a HUGE mistake for the Czechs not to start Vokoun in the semis. I dont understand the decision, ok he had a very off first period vs Canada, so that is enough to throw him to the side in favor of a far far inferior goalie, it is not like a very sure backup waiting in the wings or anything.

Hindsight is twenty-twenty. They went with Hnlicka, who was on a hot streak (or at least hotter than Vokoun). I see no real mistake on behalf of the management--save perhaps not switching goaltenders soon enough once in the game (should have been done after the third Swedish goal).
