I know this isn't a Leafs related, but since so many Leafs fans drive to Buffalo to watch the Leafs game there I thought some of you could help me with this.
I posted the same thing on the Sabers thread as well.

I plan to go to the games on Sunday 24th (Red Wings @ Sabers)

Any advice on seats? (I have never been to a live game before)
There are almost none in the official site but I see tons of ticket on Stubhub.

Is 100 level much better than the 300 ones?
Do people prefer 100 level on the goalie side over 300 level center ice?
Any particulate section I should avoid?

Should I wait until the day before for cheaper ticket?
How much did you pay for certain section?
Should I buy the instant download tickets or electronic ones?

I would prefer to pay less than $100 per ticket.

I am planning to drive from Toronto to Buffalo (using the south bridge - Fort something) park at the rink ($13 Columbia st.) than drive back.

How early do the gates open? I would like to see pre-game skates as well.

I would appreciate any advice.
Thanks!

I was at the Leafs/Sabres game Friday, sat in the the 12th row of the 300's, directly behind the Sabres net. $64 a ticket. Great seats.
