    Memphis Grizzlies (18-33) @ Toronto Raptors (35-16)
    When: Sunday, February 4th, 12 P.M. ET
    Where: Air Canada Centre
    Broadcast info: TSN4, TSN1050
    LAST MEETING
The Raptors earned a 116-107 comeback victory against the Grizzlies in a road win in December. After trailing by 17 in the first half, Toronto, came all the way back, and thanks to a boost from the bench, pulled away in the fourth to earn the win. DeMar DeRozan led the way with 26 points while Serge Ibaka added 21 and Kyle Lowry had 16 points and eight assists. Fred VanVleet had one of his first fourth-quarter spark plug games of the season, scoring 12 points in Memphis to help Toronto overcome a 27-point performance from Tyreke Evans, 20 points from Marc Gasol and 15 from Chandler Parsons.
    LEADING INTO TONIGHT'S GAME
    Injury report:
For Toronto, C.J. Miles is questionable with a sore left knee. For Memphis, Mario Chalmers is out with a left hamstring injury. Mike Conley is out because of his left heel, Chandler Parsons is out with right knee soreness, and Tyreke Evans is not with the team.
Sunday Matinee: The Raptors will have their only 12 P.M. home matinee of the season on Sunday. This will be the second game in a four-game homestand, Toronto's longest of the season. The Raptors are 20-4 on their home floor, owning the best home record in the NBA. Toronto is averaging 113.2 points and 11.4 three-pointers on the Air Canada Centre court.
Hot from deep: Toronto enters Sunday's game fresh off a dominant 130-105 victory against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Raptors were lights out from beyond the arc against Portland, connecting on 19-of-40 attempts from three. DeMar DeRozan shot 6-for-10 from three, nearly matching the number of threes made by Portland (7-for-21). Jonas Valanciunas also got into the action, shooting 2-of-4 from three, showing once again how Toronto's offence has evolved.
    EXTRA ASSISTS
    DeRozan on fire:
In his first home game since being named Eastern Conference Player of the Month for January, DeMar DeRozan exploded for 35 points. He also tied a career-high with six three-pointers. DeRozan is averaging 24.6 points (11th in the league), 4.1 rebounds and 5.2 assists (a career-high) per game. Toronto is 12-1 this season when he scores 30+ points.
Homecoming: Sunday's game will serve as a bit of a homecoming for Mississauga native and Grizzlies rookie Dillon Brooks. Having just been named to the 2018 Rising Stars Challenge as part of the World team, Brooks is in the middle of a solid rookie campaign, starting for the Grizzlies, and averaging 8.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game. He is also shooting 39 percent from beyond the arc.
#BetOnYourself: Fred VanVleet continues to lead Toronto's reserves, scoring 16 points in Friday's victory against the Blazers. VanVleet has now topped double figures 16 times this season and Toronto is 13-3 in games where he does. On the season, VanVleet is averaging 7.8 points, 2.7 assists and 2.3 assists, and is averaging 14.6 points in his last five games.

Our starting unit basically just has to keep it close until the Mob Squad comes in and takes care of business, lol.

A 3.5 game lead for 1st in the East and coming off a big win over Houston, I'm fully anticipating ESPN and their talk shows to ignore that and talk about the Cavs/Lakers game followed by Indiana's win against Boston and how Houston just had an off night against Toronto.

The NBA page of ESPN is nothing but stores about Lebron and the Cavs. Of course.

Wanna find something out about the Raptors on the front page? Scroll past a page of Lebron Lebron Lebron and another few about the Lakers and a section on the Golden State Warriors... and you find the story that LeafsNation75 mentioned, Raptors beat Houston at their own game, snap Rockets' win streak at 17 . That's it.

I am perfectly fine with the disrespect shown to the Raps this season. It doesn't surprise me nor does it bother me as it shouldn't anyone else. The U S of A will for ever be a bunch of prototypical biggits!!! That toot their own horns and are a country that cries over their own doing all the time. All they got is sports in that country to rest their morals on, heck they don't have a president to be proud of why not a basketball team or two!!!

I like the element of surprise and the proving of self worth. This is all that the U S of A is setting itself up for. And I cant wait until it happens so we can be talked up by Trudeau and Trump will ban all Canadians from crossing the boarder!!! Lol

Pierce who???? The same guy that rode the coat tails of Garnett and Rondo to his championship or finals he went too. Probably the most over rated player in NBA history.. but then again he played in Boston last I checked that is in the U S of A!!!!

    When: Tuesday, March 13, 7:30 P.M. ET
    Where: Barclays Center
    Broadcast info: TSN1/4, TSN1050
    LAST MEETING
The Raptors pulled out a 114-113 overtime victory on the road in their last meeting with the Nets. The Raptors were led by DeMar DeRozan's 35 points, including a three-point play with 26.1 seconds remaining in overtime to put Toronto ahead for good. The game finished without Kyle Lowry, who left the game in overtime with a bruised tailbone after falling while going for an offensive rebound, but he contributed an 18-point, 11-assist double-double prior to exiting. Toronto led by double-digits late, giving up a 10-point lead in the final four and-a-half minutes of the game, as the Nets hit a flurry of threes and Allen Crabbe tied the game on a layup with 9.7 seconds remaining to force overtime. Jonas Valanciunas had 21 points and 13 rebounds and Serge Ibaka added 11 points and 12 rebounds. The Nets were led by Spencer Dinwiddie's career-high 31 points in the loss.
    LEADING INTO TONIGHT'S GAME
    Injury report:
For Toronto, OG Anunoby (sprained right ankle) is listed as questionable. The Nets have not yet provided an injury report.
POTW: Another week, another nod for DeMar DeRozan being the Eastern Conference's best. The NBA announced on Monday that DeRozan was the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played Mar. 5-11. This is the 10th time in DeRozan's career that he has earned the honour, and fifth time this season. DeRozan averaged 24.8 points, 4.3 assists and 4.5 rebounds as he led the Raptors to a perfect 4-0 record last week, including a 42-point performance against the Pistons, then a 23-point performance, including the go-ahead basket, against the Houston Rockets.
Eight straight: Toronto comes to Brooklyn on a season-high eight game winning streak following Sunday's 132-106 victory against the New York Knicks. The Raptors are 15-1 in their last 16 games, with the lone loss coming on a 122-119 overtime loss against the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb. 23.
    EXTRA ASSISTS
    Bench mob:
Toronto's bench dominated the competition once again, outscoring New York's reserves 69-29 on Sunday. The bench shot 68 percent from the floor and 69 percent from three against the Knicks. The Raptors had seven players in double-figures in the win, with four coming off the bench.
Owning the glass: In addition to shooting 51 percent from the floor on Sunday (to New York's 46 percent), Toronto also won the battle on the boards, outrebounding the Knicks 52-37, including 14-8 on the offensive glass. It was as group effort for the Raptors, with no player grabbing double-digit rebounds, but seven players recording at least four rebounds.
Road warriors: The Raptors have the NBA's best home record, going 28-5 on the Air Canada Centre floor this season. At 49-17 on the season, they've done well on the road as well, owning the fourth-best road record in the league at 21-12. Toronto is currently on a six-game road winning streak, dating back to Feb. 11, one game shy of a franchise-record record for consecutive road wins, set in Dec. 2016.

I don't like this Ibaka/JV combo at all. Ibaka isn't close to the defensive player that he once was.

Hollis-Jefferson is a laughably bad shooter. In fact it seems like the Nets have a disproportionately high number of professional bricklayers.

unsurprisingly they're the worst team in the league on FG%
