Luke Pierce, former Captain of the RMC Paladins, named Head Coach of the Edmonton Oil Kings.
Pierce played Jr. A in his hometown of Merritt, then was recruited by Kelly Nobes and played for 5 years at RMC. Upon graduation, he returned to coach Jr. A in Merritt. Moved on to be Head Coach of the Kootenay Ice, then Assistant with the WHL Champion Oil Kings.
True character guy who has earned every inch of this coaching opportunity.
