Looks like the excel file with adjusted OV will be out on the weekend at this point in time.

However, I took the liberty of putting the excel file that I received in yahoo and took out the OV ratings. I guess most of you guys will now start planning what to challenge. The reason for taking out the OV ratings is that you can't challenge this rating as it is effected by the rest of the other skills.

FYI, for those of you that have not heard this before OV is completely irrelevant as far as the Sim goes. It only cares about the specific rating for the applicable situation and OV is ignored. Besides, OV gives too much weighting to the ST rating and as a result is often misleading.
That said there is no reason to wait before preparing any applicable ratings challenges.
