Another huge difference from last year is the ice-time. Everyone finished above 10 minutes (except Bozak due to injury).

That's a major factor in a long season.

Yeah. We manage ice time, we manage shift length. Keeps intensity up, keeps players fresher.

But remember that we don't exactly have someone who would demand increased ice time on others expense though.

Yeah, Bozak is a great player, he just isn't the type of guy that can make magic with crap line mates. But if you give him someone good, not even JVR or Kessel good, he'll play well and he'll make his line mates do well also.

I think Holland is the exact same way, but I think Holland can be even better than Bozak.
