No way. All the lawsuits wont even put a big dent in him. Even he loses 10mil he's still probably above 100

That's one silver lining I guess. Imo Zabit is the most exciting unranked fighter right now by a decent amount.

Damn though, this is just pathetic. The whole card is just fubar, I hope they get some replacements to salvage this train wreck. Thanks Conor yah prick. I've been over him for a while....would be fine if he disappeared, though I do still want to see Diaz III but that's more because Nate deserves it and I want to see him beat his ass 1 more time.

I don't think we need to see a third fight

McGregor is clearly the better fighter, he just doesn't have much of a gas tank

I just can't get excited for a bout in which one guy's only shot is if the other guy gasses out

McGregor is such a likeable guy when he's making jokes and having fun

But I've been so turned off by rich, angry McGregor, that I just don't think I can remain a fan

The UFC will lose a lot of credibility if he's not banned for life

You are joking right? There's a group of idiots led by Connor throwing **** at the bus and you want him to get out?

Logic is lost on the McGregor nuthuggers.

I hope he doesn't get banned and actually takes the fight against Khabib. Would love to see him get the shit smashed out of him.

Don't really agree with any of this. Conditioning is a huge part of the sport and will always be an achilles heal for certain fighters that brings an element to, especially 5 round fights (Conor, Ngannou ect)
Nate is just a good matchup for both sides, the second fight was one of the all time great brawls but Nate wasn't exactly going for the kill, they both wanted this at some point, and it's too good of a setup.

My prediction; Khabib vs Conor titleshot happens end of the year after months of drama. Conor gets his ass kicked. Diaz/Mcgregor III happens sometimes next year. Conor gets his ass kicked. Conor has retirement fight against some schmuck in Ireland.

Then it's Khabib's world we're living in.

Like McGregor would ever actually accept a fight against Khabib lol. Guy should be banned for a long time, if not forever. The guy literally had his media guys from MacLife who were credentialed to sneak in and set up the ambush.

Dana is done with mcnuggets for at least a year. As a business man he knows the chicken makes money so he will let this die down and then bring him back because of "good behaviour." However as long as khabib is in the division mcchicken will avoid him like the plague.

After hearing Dana speak, I don't believe for one second the UFC is going to suspend him. I do wonder, however, if the NYSAC will (can?) get involved and revoke his license, if it hasn't expired, or refuse to issue him one in the future?

Khabib is a badass.
No he's not, him and his 20 buddies go up to corner Artem and his one friend and he's a badass? Asks where's Conor but stays on the bus? Khabib is a p***y... Nate Diaz:

Thanks, Conor. Gotta feel for these fighters who got hurt and/or lost out on a fight because of this nonsense.

Yeah this f***ing sucks, I wanted that Pettis fight badly, been so long since he's had a good fight.

Agreed as well, this blows. I like my Conor in the Octagon and selling fights with jokes, not getting arrested and blowing cards.

He is a ***** because he didn’t take on 30 guys armed with metal right before a big payday fight? Gotcha, just wanted to clarify.

The thing with Lobov was just to get him to stop making public comments. Lobov made a video on YouTube talking Conor up and questioning Khabib’s heart. I don’t think he was serious about getting into a fight and potentially jeopardize his title opportunity.

I’m sorry but I don’t think Khabib needs backup to deal with friggin Lobov.

I would not really want to be around Dana White right now. Your NY stacked card has completely unraveled in the past 24 hours, and it's all because your superstar fighter (who hasn't fought in over a year) went nuts.

Yeah, he really needed to step up and face guys throwing chairs, bike racks and whatnot. If he did that, he would've been a monumental moron.

Credibility from who? The only people who care about this are the die hard fans. Casual fans are loving it.

Yup.
I don't understand how khabib having a conversation with lobov about lobov calling him a p***y in the media is on par with 30 guys throwing stuff through a vehicle loaded with fighters that fight the next day.

If it offended connor that one of his guys got called out on what they said then schedule a fight with khabib and make some money.

Conor had several motives for this, not just retaliation for Lobov.

He isn’t ready to come back imo, but doesn’t want to be called out. A suspension from UFC is a good excuse.

Also, if a fight with Khabib happens, the hype could be massive.

Let's be clear. McGregor will never get in the octagon with Khabib. He knows exactly what will happen if he does. Losing to Nate was an exciting fight and he miscalculated his ability to push at a certain pace. He has no interest in going into the ring and getting absolutely mauled by Khabib.

Also anyone that thinks Khabib not getting off the bus is some kind of indictment on his courage or something need to give their heads a shake. There is absolutely no comparison to his discussion with Lobov.

I echo the anti-McGregor sentiments at this point. He used to be entertaining and a good fighter. Now he just seems like a coked up, immature dickhead. Dana White was pretty on point -- he has a kid at home, what the hell is he doing?

Khabib doesnt take punches very well. Conor could knock him out rather easily although the probability of that is not very high.

As evidenced by all the times he's been dropped? He's been hit clean by some heavy shots before, and Conor would have no chance of keeping Khabib from dropping him on his head. I mean, Conor has a puncher's chance like anyone does in MMA but it'd be an extremely small one.

If it’s a huge payday Conor would do it. Why not? So you get smacked around, so what?

With all the publicity this is generating, the payday might be substantial, especially if Khabib keeps smashing people and builds a bigger mainstream name.

He wants no part in it. Matchup nightmare and his ego couldn't handle a loss in the way it would probably happen. But that's not to say Dana doesn't finagle him into a fight in exchange for not suing his ass off.

So apparently now that Hollaway hasn't been cleared it's another mad scramble to get something for Khabib. Pettis, Felder, Iaquinta all in discussions to fight but there's problems with all making championship weight.

I honestly have a lot of respect for Holloway trying to step up in the first place. Fighting Khabib is a massive task in and of itself, but stepping up with 6 days to prepare and moving up a weight class? Too bad he couldn't make it. Although I have to say if you typically fight at 145 a 6 day weight cut to 155 shouldn't really be that big of a task; I've always thought some of these guys would be even better fighting at a more natural weight (absolutely love Edgar).
