Kinda disappointing, I must say. Though Sweden had probably no business in the semi final anyway. If the groups had been seeded properly Russia, USA and Canada would not have been in the same pool.

Wow. I understand you are disappointed, but this swedish team is very very good and deserved to be in the semifinals.

I hope you're right. But still, putting USA, Canada and Russia in the same pool seems a bit uhm.. unbalanced. Lets hope they can beat a north american team in the bronze game. That would certainly make things look better.

Its always based on last years standings... unbalanced or not. It was still a tough group. All teams were good...

It was a tough group as evidenced by the fact that Czechs and the Finns had to go to the relegation pool. One never knows how the seeding will work a year later. Arguably, this year the three best teams were in one pool but the next five were in the other pool.

I still think SWE is right up there with RUS, USA and CAN.

True. Very dissapointing loss. Overall Team Sweden played even better than Russia, but goaltrending was bad.
We had great team, but still I think they didn't played as they can.

Filatov's goal was sweet.

I like how he got his goalie into the goal celebration.
