Czech v Slovak

This must have been a great game. No goalie stats listed though. Do you no anything about Valent? Ranked 10th among European goalies. Seems to have matched Schwarz in the game.

Who's Roman Voloshenko? when's he draft eligible?

He's draft eligible this year. He's kind of been under the radar for a lot of the year until he got 7 points in 4 games at the 5 Nations tourney. Not a great skater but he has a good shot and can play physical. He's kind of a garbage goal guy who knows where to be to score and knows how to put the puck in the net. He will likely go late 1st or early 2nd. I think he should get definite consideration from the Oilers with their 2nd 1st round pick.

Wow, I know it's only against Norway but Lauri Tukonen really seems to be in a league of his own.For the ones having seen him play, what do you think his scoring potential in the NHL is. Do you think he has more offensive potential then let's say Rotislav Olesz and Andrew Ladd. What team will draft him? Thanks for the answers to my numerous questions.

Offense: More than Ladd, less than Olesz.

there are two threads at the international tournaments where you are now very welcome to discuss the tournament, the games, the players etc.

Thank you. I haven't seen him talked about at all yet I'd heard good things about him before. (Rizk)

I"m a huge fan of Tukonen, and great to seem him shine....I know he can score plus his all around game is awesome and he really has improved this year. His stock is rising :)

I was hoping my man Kessel would be playing better..I hear he has been getting chances but struggling to finish.

anyone know where to find +/- stats for a player like Valabik?

Here, although it doesn't seem to be updated for the second game yet. (Click on SVK under team stats).

LW Nokelainen C Tukonen and RW Korpikoski is a good line for the Finns. The only one that is capable of playing a cycling game as a unit. The other Finnish lines rely more on opportunism to score.

Lerg has looked good so far for the U.S. Anyone have any information on him?
