So like 99% of movies today? Cant remember the last movie i paid to watch.I'll watch it
One day... when I have the time, and won't have to pay for it.. While it's playing on cable TV
Eh I think it will be pretty effective counter-programming to Deadpool. Want a blockbuster but not a superhero movie? There ya go.That doesn't look good or worthwhile, IMO. It just looks like a re-hash. With a $200M budget, no star power and Deadpool & Wolverine opening a week later, it's going to flop, I suspect.
Maybe, but it seems mainly targeted at a demographic too young to remember the original from 1996, and the same 15-35 male-skewing demographic that Deadpool & Wolverine is targeting. It's not like Barbie and Oppenheimer, which contrasted each other perfectly because the audiences were starkly different. If it's Aug 1st and a group of 20-something guys is deciding whether to check out "that tornado movie" with no one that they recognize or go see Deadpool & Wolverine for the second or third time, I suspect that they may choose the latter. We'll see, though.Eh I think it will be pretty effective counter-programming to Deadpool. Want a blockbuster but not a superhero movie? There ya go.
Obviously if it ends up being complete shit then that will control everything, but if it's an effective, fun movie and a throwback to like 1998? Could have decent legs.
I often watch storm chaser videos and don't find them scary..... now a Tornado made of bee's.... f*** that shit I'm outWere those kids playing cricket? lol Honestly, just go watch actual storm chaser videos. They're scarier.
