Don't get angry if your favorite teams' player isn't where you think they should be, I tried my best!
Also please don't take over the thread with Pettersson vs. Heiskanen vs. Tolvanen (just kidding, it's inevtiable ;) )

near impossible list to make- absolutely great job and effort!

just my initial thoughts at looking over some names:

Cody Glass - I think I would have him even higher, maybe it is just me, but damn this kid is going to be a good one. I would put him after Makar.

I know Ryan Donato is riding a tidal wave right now, but I just want to see him listed higher lol...you have him at a great spot, crazy to think he was almost a 3rd round pick.

I would have Kieffer Bellows ahead of both the Russian goalies - not a fan of ranking goalies that high but I applaud you for including them as they are just so damn hard to predict. Bellows is going to step in next year with the Isles and produce.

Logan Brown in my eyes should be right around Tippett. Brown is being underrated on a lot of lists with an injury filled year, yet still putting up almost 1.5ppg as a 6'6 center with skill.

overall can't complain with much, but get ready for some posters who are going to bitch about their prospects being ranked lower than another teams player...

what is your justification for Dal Colle above Comtois and Lind 47 spots higher

Samsonov as the #1 G

Jokiharju 75 while Valimaki at 22?

Donato is quickly rising up the rankings, that's good

Great job!!!!!

One question as a detroit fan, why did you put saarijarvi on this list? Most Detroit fans have cholowski ranked higher than him, and he is so small. Just wondering, what makes him top 100 in your books?

Thanks! I think Saarijarvi will have a breakout year next year. He’s very small, but he has the tools to be a middle pairing defender in the league. This league is trending towards smaller players, and I don’t think he’ll have as much of an issue fitting in as some perceive.

In hindsight, I probably should’ve put Cholowski on my list, but he was a HM.

Honestly I don't know if either should be in the top 100. Thanks for doing the list, always appreciate your work.

Not going to start a full on argument in the middle of the thread like usual, but in my own opinion:

I’m not a goalie expert, nor do I claim to be one. I’m probably sleeping on Hart a bit, but Samsonov is the best goalie prospect in my opinion, also factoring in that he wants to be in the NHL.

Valimaki has been injured for most of this year, so his point total is a little lower than it should. He played quite a few games injured as well. His defense is just much superior to Jokiharju’s in my opinion. Valimaki is also ready to step in to the NHL a lot sooner.

Dal Colle was picked 5th overall for a reason, he was the tools to become a legit top 6 winger. I honestly think next year is his year. He won’t be a star, but he’s going to turn it around.

Kole Lind brings so much to the game. A great shooter with playmaking ability who never quits. Very hard worker with tenacity. He’s a safe a bet as there is to become a top 6 winger, and maybe more for me.

Comtois is a fantastic winger, his mix of physicality and skill is great, but the big issue for me is his skating. He really needs to clean it up to become a pro winger. He has great upside, but I haven’t seen an amazing improvement on his skating.

To my knowledge Chytil's hasn't played LW at all this year, he's been a center throughout and I think the Rangers see him as a center going forward
He’s left handed, and I watched him play on the left side with Zlin in the Czech league, so I’m basing it off of that. If you watch Hartford games than I’ll take your word for it, but I’ve seen him play LW.

I've only seen a few Hartford games this year, but he played center in training camp, his 2 NHL games (so far, word is he'll be up again in a few games), during the WJC, and in the Hartford games I've seen/the games other posters have watched and reported on. Some people think his future might be on the wing, but to me he hasn't shown me anything suggesting that he can't make it as a center

Again, all I’m saying is I’ve seen him play as a left winger and marked him as such. If I was a betting man, he ends up on the wing. He’s very versatile though, he can play pretty much any forward position.

Parsons seems like a weird goalie to have on the list when Gillies meets the criteria. Gillies, Ullmark and Husso should all claim spots based on the criteria given.
