The fact that he says he doesn't want to make a comment on them is clear that he certainly has talked to at least Jagr. I'm not so sure on Iggy.

The Flames were said to have talked to Doan as well. This tells me that they have also talked to Iginla and Jagr, who to be frank are better players. Jagr to Flames E4.

That's speculation, not rumors. There were sources saying they were told/heard that Calgary had actually contacted Jagr about signing. I think that's what Treliving is talking about.
