Honestly very good depth defenseman for us this year. Filled in for injuries admirably.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a claim here from a team that sold on D and they would be right to do so IMO.

Leafs have about 1 mil of cap space. Unless it’s for a dirt cheap guy another move would have to be off the roster. I really wonder if Lilly or Brodie could attached to the first round pick to make the money work on a bigger deal

Theyre both #7 guys at this point. Lagesson was actually utilized as a 7-8. I don't trust that edmunson will be used the same way. To outright answer the question though- no lagesson is not better, they're both not good. Edmunsons badness will have higher leverage minutes though

This guy was solid for the Leafs. An unspectacular #6 D-man who probably has more to offer. Pretty good defensively, physical, makes a good first pass out of the zone. Hope he doesn’t get picked up because he is nice depth.

could be a reasonable and straightforward pick for the Flyers, who are down 3 regular NHL dee to injury, and 1 more to trade. they can easily accommodate depth like this, both on the NHL roster and in the AHL. not sure if the +1 contract would conflict with other plans they may have though, bigger plans.
