Although Ovechkin, Phaneuf, Ward and Malkin are already NHL-superstars, they meet your conditions, too.

Interesting thing is that top 5 of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft is playing in the tournament: E Johnson, Staal, Toews, Bäckström and Kessel.

No love for Kopitar's 14 points in 5 games down a division?

But Slovenia plays in Division I. Next year they'll play in the WCH. Kopitar totally dominated their division though, but he had pretty good points in last WCH as well. When Finland beat Slovenia 5-3, Kopitar had 2+1 and looked amazing. All in all, he had 9 points in 6 games as a 19-year-old playing for freaking Slovenia.

Lasse Kukkonen is 25, so not under 25, but he still has only played one NHL season. I heard he's been Finland's best defenseman, any comments on his play?
