In the upcoming draft I would have to say one player who is not ranked in the top 30 but is definately talented enough is Zach Hamill. He would be my sleeper pick of the year; he's a bang or bust guy, but if he can translate his skill level into the NHL, he could be a top 6 guy for sure.

Yeah Hamill was the first guy I thought of. I'll be shocked if he doesnt go in the first round regardless. I know teams operate on BPA but there's a large proportion of D in the scouting services top 30. Surely there's gonna be a NHL team that has Hamill in the top 30 easily. Just rating him a few places higher on their list of forwards would jump him up 10 spots.
