If Canada could pick two teams to compete against each other at the Olympics who would be the first 23 picked? (3 goalies, 7 D, 13 F)

Assume Canada I picks first Canada II second Canada I third etc. etc. and each team is picked to win

Obviously this is not the same as forming the best team overall but I think it is interesting because just as obviously (IMO) Canada would not have left off (for example) McCabe and Staal if they knew they might (would) be picked up by other teams.

So who would your top picks be? Remember only half of your choices would make up each team so your top 23 don't form a team.

I think it would be similar to picking 2 teams for a best 2 out of 3 series on a big ice surface. Who would be picked in the top half?

In what order? Assume Goalies, Defence and Forwards are picked in separate "drafts".
