I dont hate the move, if the Rangers are gonna sell some pieces they need to showcase them (Holden). ADA can work on his game and be ready for later this year if not next season.

I don't understand the outrage here. DeAngelo isn't learning anything by playing 5 minutes a night on a bad hockey team. He's much better served playing 20 minutes a night in Hartford in all situations.

I would guess that at least 3 maybe 5 voices were in the discussion on this move. I highly doubt AV made this move in a vacuum. I like Tony but I understand the move. We need a forward. This also could be a temp move with others to follow.

Deserved imo. Top minutes in the A as opposed to 5 minutes here won't hurt. He's still young, plenty of time to develop.
