Not sure how I always manage to post at the end of a thread and then it closes.
Why do threads need to close? Never understood that.

Oh boy....at least it wasn't Kluber otherwise Cleveland might start convulsing and form a lynch mob.

sorry! i heard that on the radio - and I was like. why does a cut finger mean you're out, slap a bandaid, but i guess it's on the grips.

Just going back to the Kershaw/Koufax discussion from last thread, like Aub said, when adjusting for league Kershaw's peak has been superior.

Kershaw's 2013-16 ERA+:
194
197
173
230

Koufax's 1963-66 ERA+:
159
186
160
190

Koufax's 63, 65, and 66 seasons might look more amazing because of the amount of innings he threw, but that was just the era of pitching. Drysdale threw 300+ innings for three of those mid 60s seasons as well, and there were 88 pitchers through 63-66 that tossed more innings in a season than Kershaw has as a season high (236).

What Kershaw was doing this year was '99 Pedro levels of insanity.

It'd be more than $25 after I would have to tether the laptop to my phone and burn through all my data. No power = no internet

Oh right...that :monkey:

How many injured Cleveland pitchers is that? Is Bauer the 3rd guy in their starting rotation to go down?

I'd make fun of the drone, but we've got one guy injured running to a brawl and another who needed stitches after a high five...

A lot of vBulletin forum admins say when threads get too long it impacts the server's performance.

Thread is full.
Drone hurt a Cleveland pitcher and he can't play because of a cut on his finger.

Bauer is out because of a drone. There is no way the Jays don't go to the World Series at this point. If they don't, realize they did so without facing 3 of the better pitchers the Indians have to offer.
