Thunder looking to nearby Albany

No folks not to move or play games down in Albany but to reach out to minor league hockey fans from south of Saratoga County. A quick look at the Thunder's arena website shows Albany landmarks in the "Thunder" logo. The egg, state capital, and what appears to may be Albany's arena. Pretty interesting, here is to a good hockey season in greater Albany-Adirondack area.

If you've seen one box, you've seen them all. However, the box in question is definitely the arena formerly known as the Glens Falls Civic Center. The TUC's roof is a little more rounded.

Some in the production office were split between Adirondacks arena and Albany's but the egg and New York's capital building is very visible. One of our staffers will be upstate for the conference. Smart holding a public one, the Devils organization and Albany County never opened theirs to the public.
