I don't like how you can't jump to the last unread post from the thread listing page like it did before.

But you can @Unlimited Chequing, the little blue circle next to the thread title. I think the migration messed things up, but once you have everything marked as read you should be golden.

Edit: It is also disappointing that you can't like your own post.

Ah good catch. Yeah, I guess after my first visit it needed a starting point for the new threads to begin. Even then I wouldn't have noticed that blue dot for a while.
