Cool. I lived right across the border in a small mountain town called Nelson for 3 years. It's not far from Idaho. Amazing in the spring and summer. And really snowy in winter.

Down 13lbs in 2.5 weeks

On a new med for my anxiety called Zoloft. It's helping and I'm not eating as much.. Haven't really hit the weights at all, but riding my bike everyday also helps
