I did a tour of the Irish Whiskey Museum in Dublin last week. Learned a lot. Awesome time. (Drank a lot, too).

So today I learned about Sourland Mountain Vodka. A New Jersey distillery in Hopewell.

If you like vodka this is fantastic. I had it in a martini and it is fresh, crisp and clean. Absolutely worth checking out.
