Tonight, I cooked the ravioli i bought at the market, added a can of premium cherry tomatoes in tomato sauce from italy, added basil, roasted peppers, crushed garlic and capers, and topped the thing with pecorino, porcini salt and oil.

id probably bash his head on the fridge. i hate cooking with people that dont understand how a professional kitchen works. The only person i can cook with is my dad. Probably the same as anyone doing any professional activities with a non professional individual is nerve wracking.
