The Hockey News surveyed a panel of NHL scouts in compiling its Hot 100 prospect list for Draft Preview 2006. Most scouts agree there’s a group of four prospects at the head of the class. Winnipeg-born University of North Dakota center Jonathan Toews is ranked third by The Hockey News, while Thunder Bay’s Jordan Staal, the brother of Carolina’s Eric Staal is ranked fourth.

It cost $4.99 in Canada, plus GST = $5.74. I don't know if Quebec has provincial tax on magazines, you'll have to solve that one yourself.
