Yeah, but when you get to add McDavid, Hall, Draisatl, Jesse, Nurse, Klefbom in the process, doesn't sound as bad. At some point, adding star draftees for nothing means more than making a trade where you've got to give to get.

I'd have thought about it if there was no trade for a dman lined up. We don't get a dman and it's another bottom 5 finish. Maybe lower. And people need to stop the Demers dreams we don't have the money to sign him long term.
