Even if Toews is availabe after April 8th and the U-18's don't start til the 12th,DOESN"T HE NEED TO FINISH EXAMS AT NORTH DAKOTA--or are they done already? IF he's finished exams,then I see no reason he cannot be added ,if he accepts the invitation...
