    I'm a 16 year old hockey player and I want to be top shape for the next season and I want to be more stronger .

    If someone have a 3 day/week program for a hockey player , I want it ! :)

    Work out monday-friday at a gym for and hour and a half. Shoot at a goal for 30 minutes, and buy some in-line skates and skate around for 30 minutes.
