And the Sault had 6 rookies to Hamilton's one. We won't be awful next year. Also thanks to those Sudbury fans who supported us. We do appreciate it.

I like it, I would do it. Wells would give time for Frappier or younger goalies to develop. Fraser is a solid D, with toughness that we need.

Hey everyone, hopefully wolves news soon, its been soooo quiet.

What do folks think about moving Lipanov for a draft pick? Sudbury seems to have a few options concerning this player.

That’s my hope, I prefer the idea of making the import pick, who’s rumoured to be willing to come over? I know there’s some good euros eligible for the 2019 nhl draft

I think it is a no brainer. Keeping Lipinov will cost the Wolves a third rounder and a top import at a position they are greatly in need of defence. Trading Sokolov went a long way in assuring we get Byfield, no need to add a third round pick to the mix now.

Just noticed Wolves Pick Adam Samuelsson made Craig Buttons top 100 draft prospects at 86.

Hed look really nice in a wolves jersey

Exhibition schedule seems more interesting than past years playing different teams.

Is it me or are those games scheduled earlier than years past. If so, any idea when Training Camp opens up? Dont think I've seen that posted.

Grab Russian dman Knyazev (ranked 18th on this list) or Finnish dman Kokkonen (ranked 24th on this list) with the Wolves 3rd overall pick in the upcoming Import draft with our Euro pick. Either one will instantly bolster our backend and will give the Wolves that stud defenceman they so desperately need. Both are interested in the CHL next season. Huge building block and blue chipper prospects going forward. Don't be surprised if Sudbury lands one of them

I'm hearing we are definitely taking 3rd overall pick. I'm thinking Lipanov going AHL, or could be traded.
