Meh. Never particularly liked him as a player but seems like a nice enough guy. Was nice watching him get in some games and do well for the canes…not super thrilled the Blues re-signed him but it’s a two-way so not a big deal.

I watched every single Hurricanes game in the playoffs and he was strong for them, very good 4th liner in the playoffs
Thats fine. Cap hit can still be completely buried if we waive and send him down. Good depth.
Honestly expect him to not make the team but if injuries happen, he's a better bottom 6 gillin than some of the guys we called up last year and he makes league min and cap hit counts for nothing when he's in minors. Good depth signing. 1way guarantees MacMac his nhl level money giving him security while we get decent cheap depth for 2 years.
