REALITY I: The collective bargaining agreement is not yet fully written.

REALITY II: Players must approve it by full membership vote after it gets the green light from the Board of Governors.

REALITY III: Ownership still must deliver its 30-governor okay, and some dissent is possible.

The possibility of obstacles on the path to final approval are real, if not frightening.
