More realistic scenario would be for the Leafs to clinch, and then they start giving guys rest, rather than before.

If the last 2 weeks of hockey is anything to go by, the intensity & compete level in these games has really skyrocketed.

why? he'd be tired. thats not ideal for your goalie and if andy is out a long period of time he's gonna get all the starts.

I am concerned about Anderson as he took two hits to the head last night. Let’s hope he is feeling better within a week as we need him ready for the start of the playoffs.

Sparks showed that he was no where near NHL caliber when we used he to lose games.

Funny how some organizations can develop guys like Martin Jones, Cam Talbot, Frederik Andersen out of the blue.

He's NHL quality. Probably a backup but NHL quality nonetheless.

I hope the Leafs sell high on McBackup and go with the younger option for next season.
