Because if you are talking about the offensive production of right wingers, then their totals are insignificant, hence irrelevant to the particular discussion.

I like Skvortsov and Babich, having profiled them in depth drafts on the all-time draft subboard before. But in terms of all-time great offensive production, they didn't have significant years relative to the others on the list.

Notice how I edited out each player's 8th, 10th, 16th in scoring type stat. If we're looking at the all-time great offensive years of Soviet players, those three had none by the stats listed.

Valuable context and seasonal variance is provided by the noise players.

My aim is to provide an information about Soviet players. I'll gather it in one thread and everybody who is interested can find it here. I believe, there is so need to limit information artificially.

So Maltsev is #3 among centers... based on what stat or criterion? Or is it just personal preference?

Don't want to get into a massive debate about Maltsev again, but I'm curious...

Here is an order I listed Soviet players in my "top-XXX" non-NA players threads.

The amount of "the best forward of the WC" awards received is added.
Note. There were no AST or "the best player" awards on OG until 1998.

Kharlamov was never named the Best Forward at the WHCs. Your source(s) probably refers to the 1976 World Championship, but it's wrong; Vladimir Martinec was IIHF Directorate Best Forward there.

I don't like to name any online source, since they so often have errors, and I don't know which would be the most reliable one, but I can name at least two Finnish hockey books that have Martinec winning the award:
Suuri jääkiekkoteos 1 (different authors)
Leijonapolku - jääkiekon maailma 2014 (Kimmo Leinonen)

No biggie, and I'm sure there is contradictory information out there, but I'm 100 % sure about this.

1-st AST of WCs added.
There were no ATS on OG until 1992, that's why I didn't count it.

Interesting.
Here: Championnats du monde 1976 de hockey sur glace
and here: Лучшие игроки Чемпионатов Мира по Хоккею с шайбой Kharlamos is named the best WC F.
The same in Czech Wiki: Mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji 1976 – Wikipedie
