They have a lot of games 2 show. Kinda doubt it
Make it financially appealing for me to jump into VR and I'll be happy with whatever else. Just haven't been able to justify the price for something I'm not sure will go the way of Kinect.
Hidden Agenda looks interesting. The makers of Until Dawn, which was a fantastic game. Definitely has my interest
superhot vr sounded sexy until they showed it still cool though.
Days Gone looks so good
****ing Shadow of the Colossus Remake!
Agreed, I'm pumped they made another game
Nothing really new but my goodness
God Of War
all look fantastic, beyond pumped for 2018 now
One of those is probably coming this year
Phew. Ps5 averted for a year. They might have shown it but a lot of people wanted until 2019-2020 and that's what Sony is gonna do it looks like. I doubt psx = ps5 full reveal. If anything it'll be like a Scorpio (wait till e3) and maybe it's super late 2018 but doubtful
Kind of lame that one of the racers in Wipeout is a one time use code
Wipeout is a solid game but it just doesn't come close to fzero gx. Nintendo needs to get than on virtual console asap
Another Until Dawn style game? Sweet! I am currently in the middle of playing the first one.
I thought the Day's Gone demo looked pretty cool. I know it's cool to hate on zombie stuff nowadays but if they can get this one right....
It looks like one of the more compelling zombie games for sure. Fast zombies creep me out, so it normally wouldn't be a game for me, but the story seems too good to pass on. It is still probably one I'll wait on reviews for so I can get the feel for if the story is as good as it seems to be.
Best of E3 sale is live on the PS Store
I guess i'm not turned off by the zombies cause the only zombie game i've played was Last of Us.
Pretty bad sale tbh.
I preordered Destiny 2 and the Horizon DLC though to hit the $100 to get $15 back.
Brother is preordering Battlefront 2, so we can game share Destiny and BF2. Also preordered GoW and CoD on Amazon for $50 each. Don't think I really care about anything else
Finally beat valkyria Chronicles. I will say I consider Jaeger the real final boss. Maximilian can be beat in two turns as long as you you have two shock troopers and two Lancers
Visuals really stand the test of time for such an old game. At times it genuinely does look like watercolor, but maybe I'm biased.
Maybe this is controversial but a game like dark souls which came out a year later I think looks absolutely awful today while this game almost looks like it could come out today.
Dark Souls has good art design but is still ultimately going for a realistic aesthetic, and realistic aesthetics will probably always age worse than good cell shading until tech and developers are capable of just constantly hitting high-res photorealistic graphics, at which point it'll only be art design/direction that separates things.
Dark Souls 1 in particular also probably wasn't rocking a huge budget, either. Art direction had to make up for a lot.
Really enjoying Yooka-Laylee. Such a fun throwback.
Anyone else pick it up?
Other than Ni No Kuni 2, there aren't any games grabbing my attention later in the year currently.
Crash in 7 days, Lost Legacy in August. Other than that, nothing for me till 2018
Could be plenty of stuff worth playing in the last half of the year. Maybe not as good as the first half but there are still more games than I thought there would be thanks to Wolfenstein 2 and Evil Within 2 getting crammed in there.
Nintendo seems like it has the heaviest hitters.
