I'm watching this while eating Benn & Perry ice cream that I bought at the Quick-Price. They were playing Crosby's spills & Nash.

USA sure look like they could use that Ryan fellow especially if they end up getting shut out

No way they're getting shut out...US has been ramping up quite a bit in the 2nd period. We really need to get one more, and soon.

No, you can't. It was like watching soccer. The women's games have been so much better. I really don't like this ice format.

Canada vs Sweden.... Go Canada!!!!!

If we lose, at least... EK gets a gold medal but I don't want to think about that.

*sigh* oh, that Callahan. How I desperately want to see that guy in a Sens' uniform.

You want somebody who embellishes/dives like nobody's business.... on our team? No thanks.

Also, he is not going to be worth the price he's going to get as a free agent. He wouldn't survive in a Canadian market.

The quality level for both teams was off the charts. Watching the Sens this year we get so used to guys who can't take passes, lazy back-checking, coughing up the ice in the D zone etc. that this is a breath of fresh air.

What makes Olympic games so much fun to watch isn't necessarily the size of the ice, as the games were just as fun in Vancouver. The main difference with the NHL is the lack of interruptions. Fewer and shorter ad breaks makes for a fluid game that doesn't drag on.
