Should all NCAA teams get to play in their conference tournament?

This article makes the case for five of the six Division I conferences to stop including all of their teams in their playoffs. It cites the WCHA and this weekend's Fairbanks-Anchorage series, which will decide the last of that league's eight tournament seeds, as well as the coaching changes Providence and Lowell made the last time they missed the playoffs.

But is there a case to be made for giving everyone a little postseason action?

I conflicted. I think teams should be given a chance to play in a tournament, regardless of the school's original division ranking, etc. However, I do respect the NCAA and the conferences' rights to govern how to regulate tournaments the way they want to handle their ways. So I don't know how I should answer this question...
