Pilot killed, NHL draft choice injured in plane crash

VANCOUVER — Two men — one of them a San Jose Sharks draft pick — are lucky to be alive after their plane crashed south of Port McNeill on Vancouver Island, Saturday, killing the pilot.

oh god that's no fun. Don't care whose prospect it is. In these kind of situations, there's no questio nas if you belong to a team or not. Just hope he'll make it out ok.

Glenn is in stable condition with 6 or 7 broken ribs and a collapsed lung. The other survivor, Nick, is in an induced coma but has been upgraded to stable condition. Hopefully they both make a full recovery. The pilot was an unbelievable guy and he will be sorely missed.
