He has a contract with CSKA. Was loaned for second half of season to Salavat Yulayev. Got stable ice time there. Doesn't have a future with CSKA. Needs to either come over or switch teams.

Ogorod was drafted by the Islanders in '03 in the third round. He looked good in some tournaments, but not for CSKA -where he just didn't have it going. So, it's tough to say his NHL potential. I'd say he would benefit from a move to the AHL though.
