We need to play collectively, offensively and defensively, with measured gap control when the puck is with the opponent. We need to give each other better passing/outlet options. And take no stupid penalties.

Forwards: I will skate back hard on the back check and make sure I mark forwards on the second and third waves. I will be in a position to receive a pass on the breakout, within 25 feet (not parked on the far blue line leaning against a D-man hoping for a deflection deep). Also, I will not leave the points with 10 feet of space.

Defense: I will not fire the puck out along the boards when they are clearly covered.
