Nor did this guy. It may have been more than a tap but he didn't slow to a dead stop.

While I don't think people should follow that closely (because you cannot control unsafe actions of others so you should be prepared), but if you caused an accident because of it, and someone died, you could be charged (even if you didn't full stop).

It is a premeditated move that is unsafe. Two wrongs don't make a right.

This is my opinion of course. And reasons why I leave a tonne of room while driving.
Don't take this away from us, HIPA.

Oh I am well aware of the risks. But I will never stop protecting my road integrity. I have been undermined far too many times.

Whenever I pull **** like this and get away with it, I think to myself "glad I live in Canada". I wouldn't have the stones to behave like I sometimes do down there.

I actually just saw this happen in Florida like a month ago - these two cars road raging for a while, eventually stopping their cars to get out and fight. I've of course seen this in Canada before but its so different in a place where there's a good chance one or both of these people have firearms on them.

Just don't be a left lane highway hog! I tailgate the **** out of those people even if all I had to do was use the right lane to pass. I would rather just tailgate them to see if they actually move over.

I don't know why it grinds my gears so badly, someone could cut me off on an intersection and I really couldn't care less, left lane hogs though, I feel like its greedy and selfish and they don't care about other drivers on the road, maybe that's it.

Oh, I don't hog the passing lanes. It's more on single lane roads where I become an ass. If I'm on a multi-lane road, I'm more than happy to move out of the way if someone is coming up quickly behind me.

As long as I can race my horse down my residential street, it's all good.

haha.
Race or drive furiously!

I like that if you drive angrily, it's ok.
Drive frustratedly? No problem!
Drive annoyingly? Have at it!
But furious driving? STRAIGHT TO JAIL!

Off topic, but since this thread is called the Crisp New Underwear edition, I have to ask.

What's better:

New underwear

or

New socks.

I vote socks.

I'm a sock guy. Got a drawer full of interesting business casual socks. There's probably about 30 pairs in there. In the summer I don't wear socks though. It's great.

Uh-Oh, getting into a Facebook debate with a stranger about community/government owned sports teams. This should be fun.

Him: Gov't doesn't belong in sports
Me: It worked well for the Packers, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munchen
Him: Posts a politfact article about how the claim the Packers are a socialist org. are false
Me: Does not understand why he is posting an article about whether the Packers are socialist, the Packers operate as a community based non-profit, socialism has nothing to do with anything here.

Now to wait his response!

So regarding the whole Facebook and personal data discussion that has been going on lately, does anyone else not really understand why it is such a big deal. I guess I support legislation that personal information should be private unless the individual authorizes it's use. But on a personal level I really don't care if some company has personal information about me, and don't understand why it is such a big deal to so many.
