As we have been doing since 2004, we are going to use the HF criterias for prospect eligibility (less than 65 NHL games and under 25 y/o).

Remember to vote based on all factors and not just NHL readiness. Overall skillset, hockey IQ, upside potential vs floor, age, stats, skating ability, shot quality, leadership qualities, size/strength, etc

Personally, I always ask myself, who would I draft BPA among these players?

Try to do some research on these kids, particularly the most recent ones. People are free to post links and videos about some of the prospects that should be voted soon, or even try to persuade others why a guy should be voted next! Spread info to help people vote.

Graduated players from 2022 (who are still in the organization) :

Jake Sanderson, Shane Pinto, Mark Kastelic and Parker Kelly

To be added :

Filip Nordberg
Kevin Mandolese
Tomas Hamara
Hoyt Stanley
Matthew Andonovski
Owen Beckner
Vladimir Nikitin
Nicholas VanTassell
Nikolas Matinpalo
Oliver Johansson
Cole Reinhardt
Cameron O'Neill
Kevin Reidler
Tyson Dyck
Theo Wallberg

Do you see me use AINEC often on the Sens board? Well this is the case of an AINEC here.

Pettersson AINEC

Switch Merilainen and Jarventie and the pool makes sense so far

Actually would have Pettersson before Merilainen too, probably Thomson too who is getting underrated because he's not in the plans and only played 2 games last season

+1 on Lassi being underrated.

+1 on keeping closer tabs on OP this coming season.

Crookshank

Dude's going to be a shit disturber on the 3rd line in a few years
He has been my darkhorse for a few years running. It's crazy how the timing of an injury can derail these poor kids for so long.

He was primed to be a full menace 2 years ago and got the ACL injury in the rookie tourney.

Can't rate him yet but I think he will bring all the pieces you like to our bottom 6. Can skate, has plenty of offensive IQ, doesn't mind getting to dirty areas and has an edge. He will be a player for us, I am certain.

Crookshank is listed at 5'10" 180 lbs. Kelly is 6'0" and 188 in comparison.

Crookshank did do some scoring In Belleville last season Games 71 Goals 26 Assists 21 Points 47 PIMS 31 (more than Kelly ever did).

However, I think he is too small as we need to get bigger and tougher to compete in the playoffs.

We will see.

He isn't tiny and I am not saying he is going to run people through the glass but he is an agitator and doesn't mind being in the middle of the action. I like that type of player on our bottom 6.
